Cape Paterson Surf Life Saving Club is a volunteer life saving organisation that patrols the First Surf Beach at Cape Paterson between the end of November and Easter.

The Cape Paterson SLSC was originally formed at a public meeting in the Wonthaggi RSL Clubrooms on 22 March 1960 and became affiliated with SLSA on 20 April 1960.

Today, the club is deeply embedded within the fabric of Cape Paterson and continues to provide an invaluable service to locals and visitors alike.
